These are some of the herbal and natural treatments we have been looking at:

  • A healthy diet of carrots will be helpful for your eyesight!
  • Artichoke regenerates the liver cells.
  • Bananas are rich in potassium, and a great healthy snack too!
  • Spinach will provide you with a much needed source of iron.
  • St. John's wort can alleviate anxiety and depression.
  • Chocolate is an antioxidant, just like red wine.
  • Calendula is very useful in constipation, gastritis and ulcer.
  • Eat lots of fish to maintain your brain and improve your cholesterol!
  • For those who want to be forever young - wild garlic!
  • Nuts are a good source of protein and calcium (almonds), but you should still eat meat and drink milk.
  • Dandelions are full of vitamins and minerals.
  • Chamomile tea is great for relaxing after a long day at work.
  • Echinacea will help maintain your immune system and fight off colds.
  • Horsetails can treat osteoporosis!
  • Purify your blood with stingigng nettle.
  • If you have allergies, don’t go jogging in the morning.
  • Whole grain bread is healthier than “white bread”.
  • Oatmeal is a good source of fiber, and a great way to start the day! Consider adding fresh fruit!
  • Finally, an apple a day will keep the doctor away!
