     Blueberry is a natural shrub that is used as food and medicinal plant as natural remedy. His mountain nature brought inside their leaves the fresh air and natural flavors, which are used in preparation tea that helps in diabetes and in their fruit which treat diarrhea and other stomach ailments.

     Blueberry has a great impact on all human body’s organs and members, like reducing inflammation and stabilizes ligaments and tendons and helps in the appearance of varicose veins.

     From blueberry leaves and fruits are harvested and are used for special preparations like extract, tincture and tea.

     Leaves with branches together are dried in shaded and well ventilated places. 

     Fruits have to be kept in shaded, cool until they are used.

     Tea should be prepared both from blueberry leaves and dried fruit. The blueberry infusion is obtained from 2 teaspoons of dried leaves in a pint of boiling water.

     Decoction is obtained by boiling equal amounts of fruit and leaves of bilberry.

     It also used in external treatments as compresses, being recommend for hemorrhoids and eczema problems.

     His vast area of medical application made this shrub to be cultivated in an organized manner by humans.
