     Cucumber is composed mostly of water, vitamin C, vitamin A, and chaffier acid, fibers and minerals, benefic for human body like silica, potassium, magnesium, natural salts, enzymes, calcium, iron, silicon, sulfur, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, and carbohydrates.

     The cucumber seeds are dried at sunlight, in cool rooms and this is a natural process.
