     Know almost for properties in building wood industry, ash also have curative effects due to his leaves, bark, buds, seeds used as poultice, infusion, decoction, compresses and external douches.

     Speaking from medicinal point of view, ash is one of the complete trees, being helpful in all conditions.

     Grows on plain, woods and meadows, and the drying of the leaves and bark is has to be made in ventilated, clean and dark places.

     Ash is used either internally, either externally because of his diaphoretic, healing, laxative, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, astringent, healing, diuretic, diaphoretic, analgesic properties.

     As poultice, ash is used in burns, hemorrhoids, eczema; pain caused by rheumatic diseases, neuralgia, leucorrhoea, acne, eczema, skin ulcers problems.

     Ash infusion is used in rheumatic diseases, gout, obesity, constipation, dysentery, fever, scurvy, fever, gallstones, and nephritis problems.

     Ash bark has antioxidant properties and is used with excellent results for cases of fever (temperature rapidly dropping) and to relieve stomach aches.

     As external douches ash is used for gynecological disorders. 

     The ash decoction is used in rheumatism, gout and early aging.

     Ash buds are used to treat diseases affecting the bile ducts, urinary tract, eyes and bones apparatus problems.

     The ash has beneficial effect on lipid metabolism in the body, gastric or duodenal ulcers, rheumatism, obesity, gout and the kidney disease.

     Ash seed tincture can combat male sterility, and in combination with honey exert laxative and anti-inflammatory effects on the digestive tract.

     In combination with other herbs and plants like cherry tails, marjoram, lemon balm, coriander seeds and eucalyptus, ash is used in rheumatic, obesity, gout, and kidney diseases, helps to eliminate gas and soothe stomach colic. 

     Also is used as diuretic (water repellent) and laxative.
